German Workforce Mobility
Skilled people. Ready teams. Lasting placements.
We prepare experienced tradespeople and healthcare workers for German workplaces, and German employers for the people who join them.
Our objective: international hires who are productive in their first months, and still with their employer years later.
Finding skilled people is the easy part.
International hires most often struggle for reasons that have little to do with skill: language that is good enough for an interview but not for the workshop floor, unfamiliar ways of working, and teams that were never prepared to welcome them.
Our work is built around those gaps, and around the Mittelstand businesses that feel the shortage of skilled staff most.
What we do
Five stages, from first conversation to a settled colleague.
01
Assess
A structured review of each person’s trade experience, practical skills, certificates and language level, so expectations are clear from day one.
02
Prepare
German to workplace level, plus preparation for safety culture, teamwork and everyday working life in Germany.
03
Introduce
Introductions between prepared people and employers whose roles fit, with interview preparation on both sides.
04
Integrate
Intercultural workshops for the employer’s team and an onboarding plan for the first weeks on the job.
05
Retain
Regular check-ins through the first year with the new colleague and the employer, so small issues never become reasons to leave.
